Sandyfield was incorporated on July 11, 1994 and is a little Town nestled on the railroad line mingled with history. Small town pride blended with that family-oriented come together to create a charming, quaint southern town with a story to tell that is rich in history and culture. We are a friendly community, where children can grow and develop. The Town of Sandyfield is approximately thirty minutes away from the cities of Wilmington, Whiteville, and Elizabethtown, NC. Fishing and hunting thrive in these nearby areas. In addition, with the Town of Sandyfield close proximity to Lock & Dam #1 and access to major highways makes the Town a wonderful place to call home.
